Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. General
MatchDrop (matchdrop.in) is a tournament and challenge discovery platform operated from Arunachal Pradesh, India. By using our platform — including registering for tournaments, posting challenges, or browsing content — you agree to these terms.
2. Tournament Registration
- Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until all slots are filled.
- Submitting a registration does not guarantee a confirmed spot. The organizer reviews and confirms each registration.
- You must provide accurate information. Fake names, duplicate registrations, or impersonation may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration at their discretion.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All entry fees are non-refundable.
Once you pay and submit your registration, the entry fee cannot be refunded under normal circumstances. Please make sure you are committed before registering.
Exceptions — refunds will be issued only if:
- Slots are full and your registration is rejected — if the tournament reaches capacity and the organizer cannot accommodate your squad, you will receive a full refund.
- Registration is cancelled by the organizer — if the organizer rejects your registration for reasons unrelated to rule violations (e.g., tournament restructuring, scheduling conflicts), a full refund will be provided.
- Tournament is cancelled entirely — if the organizer cancels the tournament before it begins, all registered squads will receive a full refund.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or via UPI.
4. No Refund Scenarios
- You change your mind after registering.
- Your squad fails to show up for a match.
- Your squad is disqualified for violating tournament rules.
- You provided incorrect player details leading to disqualification.
- Technical issues on your end (poor internet, device problems) during online tournaments.
5. Squad & Player Conduct
- All players must abide by the specific rules set by the tournament organizer.
- Cheating, hacking, use of exploits, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
- Abusive language, harassment, or threats directed at other players, organizers, or staff will not be tolerated.
- The organizer's decision on match results, disputes, and disqualifications is final.
6. Organizer Responsibilities
- Tournament organizers are responsible for managing their own events, including scheduling, rule enforcement, and prize distribution.
- MatchDrop provides the platform but does not guarantee the actions of individual organizers.
- Prize pool amounts and distribution are set by the organizer. MatchDrop is not liable for delays or disputes regarding prizes.
7. Privacy & Data
- Information you provide during registration (name, phone, game IDs) is shared with the tournament organizer for event management.
- Payment screenshots are stored securely and used only for verification.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
MatchDrop acts as a platform connecting organizers and participants. We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between squads and organizers.
